Mike Bailey is the Team Leader of the award-winning Lockhart Bailey Real Estate Team. With nearly two decades of executive leadership at UPS and a family legacy in real estate, Mike brings a unique advantage and proven success to his clients. He is a Master’s Club Lifetime Member, was awarded Placer County’s Realtor of the Year, and is a 5-star rated agent on Zillow. Born and raised in Northern California, Mike received a BA in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration, becoming one of the youngest managers at UPS. He moved up the corporate ladder to division manager and even ran the Portland airport shipping operations. After acquiring so much success and experience, Mike realized what truly mattered was home. He moved back to Northern California and got his real estate license. From there, he applied his structured business sense to real estate and saw huge success. Mike restructured the successful Rindy Merrifield Team and became a top agent. In 2011, he launched a Better Homes & Gardens office, which grew to four locations before selling in 2019. In 2021, the Lockhart | Bailey Team partnered with GUIDE Real Estate, a Forbes Global Properties exclusive member. Clients now depend on Mike and his team for their hallmark integrity, hard work, and business acumen that will back up their transaction. Mike is a certified Institute of Luxury Home Marketing member and is the Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR) Marketing Meeting Chair. He is a member of the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce and has had the honor to chair the Rocklin Patriot Day, celebrating first responders for three years in a row. For fun, Mike can be found with his wife, Emily, and son Greyson, traveling or having dinner with Grandma Riri. Mike is a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and loves playing James Taylor on the guitar.
