Bought a home in 2022.

Thinking about buying our first home in the middle of a pandemic seemed crazy and a dream that was out of reach. I contacted Emily thinking, what do we have to lose? We had been saving with the intention to buy our first home within a year or two. The pandemic happened and we thought with the prices rising in the area, we may have to rethink our options but did not know where to start. Emily was easy to talk to, she is knowledgeable about the business and if she did not have the answer, she always found it. She referred us to a few lenders that she has worked with, and we never felt pressured to go with one or the other. Emily would check in throughout the whole process and made sure that we felt comfortable with whatever our decision was. Emily showed us homes that were in the area that we might not have considered and gave us a perspective that we would not have gotten if we did this on our own. Emily never made us feel like we were just another sale. Emily understands the importance of what buying a home means and gets to know you. Her best interest is in every step, and it shows. I am happy to say that we found our first home and we couldn’t be happier! The house that we got was a new build and they did offers different than others. Emily was there every step of the way to make sure someone from the sales office was in contact with us, checking in if we had any questions on paperwork, and made the process easy! Emily is honest, never pressures you to do something you are not comfortable with, easy to talk to, explains the home buying process in a way that you can understand and genuinely wants the best for your family. I am so happy that we took the leap of faith in a time with so many uncertainties. One thing is for sure that Emily will be there to guide you and ease any anxieties you may have with the home buying process. It was a pleasure to work with Emily and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything that she has done for our family!

Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Lakeside, Elk grove, CA.

It has been 9 months since Simona worked with my husband and I to purchase our very first home. Throughout the process she was very professional, responsive, and accommodating to our busy schedule. Given that we had our first baby on the way, it was important that we were able to work through this life milestone with as little stress as possible. Being a first-time home buyer can be daunting at first given the gravity and importance of the decision we had to make. Simona took the time to sit down with my husband and I to explain the process clearly and helped us understand exactly how we could achieve our goal of successfully purchasing a home. At the time, there was very limited inventory available that met our specifications and within our price range, so it was crucial that we were working with a proactive agent like Simona to help ensure we were able to put the best offer forward and purchase the house of our dreams. When the time came, she was able to promptly draft and help us submit our offer the same day. We had the purchase of our home from offer to close in less than four weeks. It meant even more to us that we were able to close the deal quickly as we were able to spend the final days with our beloved dog, Appa, in our new home together. We are truly grateful. I would highly recommend Simona to represent any buyer in the search for their future Real Estate needs. She truly did an amazing job and are extremely thankful for all her knowledge and help.

Friendly,professional and knowledgeable. The best pick for people without a realtor, no doubt about it. She has an inquisitive nature and gets the answers you want as soon as she can. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2021 in Park oaks, Citrus heights, CA.

Jenise Keller was the perfect realtor for us! She’s kind, knowledgeable about the Sacramento area and she’s a great listener. We met her through another realtor (Michael Bailey) who shares those same admirable qualities with her. We liked them both right away, so it’s not a surprise to me that Jenise did such a great job for us. I’d give her more stars than Zillow even allows here and would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home in the Sacramento area. She grew up here, so she knows the neighborhoods not just as they are now, but with a window into where they might be headed (and their past respective histories). We were first time home buyers, so it goes without saying that we needed some help. But beyond just that, we were moving from Los Angeles with a small window of time to find a place to a safe, affordable place to live for our family of four. Needless to say, it all worked out well for us, but Jenise was a huge part of the equation. Throughout the process, she came to be a friend as well as our realtor, which isn’t something that you’d expect when you’re going a little crazy trying to buy a home. I’d gladly recommend Jenise to anyone looking into Sacramento real estate, as she was beyond great for us.
